Nadia Arora, ND
Director, Research
Dr. Arora is a naturopathic physician in Washington DC. She graduated from the prestigious Bastyr Univeristy, Seattle. Her intense passion for the role of genetics in improving the quality of life comes directly from her interaction with the patients. Dr. Arora also serves on the medical advisory board for the Spinal Cord Tumor Association and is also a regular speaker at the biennial Spinal Cord Tumor Conference.
At Kromosoft, Dr. Arora leads the research team and promotes the awareness about genetics by publishing genetics articles aimed at a more general demographic. She also leads the editorial team for medical genetics news.

Soneeka A. Sital, MS
Director, Engineering
Ms. Sital is a seasoned IT professional with more than 10 years of experience in all stages of software life cycle development and delivery. She has held positions with Countrywide Financial, Honeywell and Citibank in the past. Ms. Sital holds Master's degree in Information Management from Arizona State Unversity, Phoenix.
At Kromosoft, Ms. Sital is responsible for leading, developing and executing Kromosoft's product management and implementation strategy.

Nancy Wells
Member of the Board
Ms. Wells, is a former writer for the American Medical Association, and a founding member of the International Medical and Educational Foundation, Ms. Wells brings more than 15 years of rich experience to KromoNews. Her hands on work in imparting Basic Disaster training throughout Dominican Republic is a fitting testimony to the fact that laboratory research always goes hand in hand with actual groundwork to combat any disease, and to make a tangible difference.
As a member of the board at Kromosoft, Ms. Wells advises the management by guiding the company strategy and defining the company goals.

Amrinder Arora, MS, DSc
Member of the Board
Dr. Arora is an assistant professor of computer science at the Bowie State University. He holds Master's and Doctoral degrees in Computer Science, both from George Washington University. Besides having an extensive background in enterprise software life cycle development, Dr. Arora also has significant practical experience in efficient sequence alignment algorithms.
As a member of the board at Kromosoft, Dr. Arora advises the management by guiding the company strategy and defining the company goals.

Hsien-Hsien Lei, PhD

Dr. Hsien-Hsien Lei is a PhD-trained epidemiologist and biotech consultant. She graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Human Biology (concentration in disease prevention), and received her PhD from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health in Epidemiology. She is very well known for her popular genetics blog Eye on DNA.
As a guest editor, Dr. Lei edits special issues and provides unique perspectives on genetics and health.
